The beach house was heaven on Earth for Neo who spent most of his time chasing crows within the coconut grove and getting a cool off at the outdoor shower. Managed to get a pic of him during his time out which only lasted a couple of seconds before he was back at it.

One thing every homestay owner looks for is a good positive start to the season.
We hosted Gaurav and his bunch of friends who have an annual ritual of traveling together to any part of the world. All business men by profession who operate from ahmedabad and the US. Their plan this year was to make a quick weekend getaway from work and they happened to come across our beach house on Airbnb. Well by the looks of it it appears they had a fab time and we are only too thrilled to be a part of making that happen.

The most picturesque back drop that you can ask for . Best part Is that thanks to the Taj , it isn't gonna be commercialised like the rest of the hills in the neighbouring tourist spots of Goa.

Built way back in 1929, this 3-bedroom house is a throwback to a quieter time.
This beach house was built as an ancestral weekend getaway spot by late ‘Aurelio Pinto’ and was named ‘Chalet Balnear Dandino’. ‘
Chalet’ which means a house with a sloping roof.
‘Balnear’ which stands for ‘to bathe’ referring to the refreshing swimming experience one can have as the villa is located right on the beach front.
‘Dandino’ which refers to the ward that the house is located in which is now known as Dando ward.
