looking for a reliable Female Office Administrator.
*With Responsibilities*.
•Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
•To ensure performance,
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
•Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, social media promotions, etc).
•Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
•Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/posters/proposals as assigned.
Qualification required:
BSc computer science or Any degree /English, Tamil and preferably Hindi speaking/ minimum 1 year experience as office admin or related designation/ computer skills such as MS office(excel/word/ PPT)/ photoshop.
