The below message came to my inbox and I wanted to share it with all our members with the restuarant's permission.
It's not a cake walk to run a restaurant business and you are out there with minimal support even from the society and you have to face it on your own.

I am running a mess in pollachi named "namma pollachi mess." Myself and my husband runs this mess for past two years.. With a heavy heart I am sharing you a video which happened in our mess today morning, hoping that it might bring some same change or even awareness for hotel owners safety... As a women I face so much running a food outlet the below attachment video is one such thing.. A drunked person came to mess today early morning, I was only there, workers have not yet came, my husband also left to drop my daughter at a tution center., that time this person started to break the kitchen shed without any reason, I run outside and shouted ' what are you doing' he said Iam playing with your kitchen nu.. People around are just watching no one came for rescue he stated to say bad words which are unimaginable which I couldn't have heard about in my lifetime actually tears rolling down... Then within few minutes my husband came workers also came I told them what happened.. Then this particular person came inside the mess and the below things happened, even we were polite with him, we don't want to create messy things as we have some good name with our customers, even we were polite with such persons too.. I called the police they came and slapped this person and said he is a ganja addict we can't do anything with such persons if he creates any problem further we can take severe action nu sollitu poitanga.. Shree Anandhaas - Catering Review
Happened to be part of a small get-together where Anandhaas, Lakshmi Mills outlet did the catering. The lunch was planned with variety rice from Anandhaas and meals cooked in house.
The variety rice menu itself was so unique for such a function.

The food was expected to be delivered at 12:30 p.m. and the delivery was bang on without any followups made. Packed in big tiffen carriers neatly.
To Start with Panner & Peas Biryani - Huge risk in such dish is overcooking of Paneer, it tend to get rubbery or hard. They have pulled it perfectly, they have blended the masalas, paneer and peas perfectly in the biryani. Paneer was cooked beautifully. Most of the times, peas used to be the dried ones which gets added in after soaking, this dish had fresh green peas in it. A perfect dish on spice level and also the ingredients.
Corn Pulav - No complaints, it was a good add to have after a spicy biryani. Good amount of corn with each bite and lots of nuts added in, very good.
Vetrilai Poondu Saadham - Never had this anywhere before, it tasted yum. The aroma of Vetrilai and Ponndu together blended very well with the rice. Unique after taste after each bite, garnished with lot of nuts and cooked beautifully. Went for couple of servings.
Millet Curd Rice - Mushy, creamy, sail in the mouth consistency Curd rice. Nicely mixed with tadka and loads of pomegranate. It was mixture of all the flavors bursting on each bite. Never gets better.
Apart from this the potato kaara curry and a thugayal which they have added in also tasted very good. No complaints.
Saved the best for the last - Elaneer Payasam, oh god. This was the best i had, it was so creamy, thick, with slivers of tender coconut adding up with garnished nuts was a blast. It was on repeat mode, all took multiple servings of it.
