Camel shows: Thousands of beautifully dressed camels are the focal points of the Pushkar Fair. Hence, the fair is popularly called Pushkar Camel Fair. Cattle fair: This is yet another major highlight of the fair. In the initial years, cattle trading was one of the main reasons for organising the fair.

Moustache competition: Growing long and thick moustaches is a matter of pride for Rajasthani men. Hence Pushkar Fair also organises a moustache competition that sees participation in large numbers.

From Rajasthani garments, bags and jewellery to brassware, toys, decorative pieces and handicrafts, the collection here will blow your mind! Camel souvenirs are most popular among tourists visiting the fair.

Religious activities: Devotees engaging in religious activities is yet another highlight of the fair. Locals bathe in the holy Pushkar Lake, participate in Maha Aarti, and perform other rituals such as Deepandaan and Pushkar Abhishek.

CHOTIWALA - An iconic restaurant of Rishikesh – Opened in the year 1958 and run by single family. For the past 20 years it has been the most famous dining destination of Rishikesh. Apart from that the restaurant has also become more of a landmark. The unmissable part of the place is the man who sits outside the restaurant with painted face depicting himself as the Chotiwala (a man with long ponytail) and happily lets visitors take pictures with him. Ranakpur jain temple is a masterpiece of architecture in Rajasthan. This temple is more than 500 years old. It has been said that it took over 50 years for this temple to be constructed, and the undertaking is estimated to have cost up to 10 million rupees. The entire temple was built out of a light-coloured marble, and its base covers an area of over 48000 square feet. Within this monument are 29 halls, 80 domes, and a support system of 1444 pillars.
