Covid-19 has been very brutal and cruel to our lives. We not only lost our near and dear ones to this pandemic but it also left many of us jobless and put our lives into jeopardy.
Despite our business the hardest hit due to all these travel restrictions and lockdowns, we and our very good friend and well wisher Mr. Kunsang Dorjee [Australia] could make some small contribution towards some of these incredible institutions and organizations who were at the frontline helping our small community fight this deadly pandemic.
We always believe in giving back to the society in any little way we can.

We are extremely grateful to Gyuto Monastery and it’s administrators for waiving our shop rent from March 20,2020 when Majnu-Ka-Tilla was shut down till the resumption of all normal/business activities that has been put on hold due to the countrywide lockdown currently in place to contain this pandemic (Covid-19).
His Holiness has said that we should fight Coronavirus with compassion. When everyone is suffering from one way or the other, this gesture from the monastery is truly a compassionate act in times of distress.
We thank Gyuto Monastery, administrators and all the monks for their support.
