Before you start following another trend and making your next brand strategy, make sure you are listening to your brand first, then the influencers.

Your brand's strategy should be tailored to its specific needs. You can only do that if you learn from your insights. Analyse and understand the reviews of the customers, and most of all, make your success metrics based on your brand value and purpose.

Here are my five questions, which help me review my month and set realistic goals for next month. 😎

While answering these questions, I would suggest you use 🖌pen and paper, as sometimes writing down your 🎯thoughts helps to register the ideas better.

Also, be honest with yourself. 🤩 list down every tinniest achievement or the biggest failure, and do not forget to write the emotions you felt as attaching emotions to your task speeds up the process and also lets you know what is not for you! 🙃

Lastly, make sure to list both personal🥰 and professional 😎priorities, as you are just one human. If your priorities say you have to work for your personal things first, then do that, as you cannot achieve joy in work unless you feel at peace with it.

Be proud and loud💥: Be unfiltered with your thoughts and say what you know now and what your perspective is bringing to the world. 😍

💬Write your real-time thoughts and make content out of them: 👩‍💻 I keep a diary handy or just write down in my notes if I have a thought that defines my perspective or helps someone.😏

👀Don’t wait for the best client: ⏰Be your own client and show others what you can do for them. Your brand can have all the creativity you always thought you would bring to other brands. ✌️

🔗Stay consistent: This is tricky but the best gift you can give to your brand and yourself. I have been learning so much about myself and my brand I have started being consistent in playing around and creating brand storytelling through social media 🃏

So keep that perfection 🥰in the back pocket, make mistakes with your brand just like humans, and be who you are in this phase of life. 🤖

My brand has suffered enough from the overachiever perfectionist syndrome, all thanks to me. But now, it is all me, with all the quirkiness, imperfection, Joy, and Indianess I am.🤌🏻🙌

Yesterday was a win!💥

I have been working with Rocio 🥥for the last two months. It has been such a great experience to be able to peel off the conditioning 🧠of a founder and bring back the true core of who she is and what she brings to the world with her brand 🫶

🐣Being professional is not limited to following the etiquette of business meetings or wearing formal clothes, and one in particular, calling out the image of having all s**t together. 🙄

It’s changing with the new ways of work and, most importantly, this urge to be 🥰authentic and be yourself.

I am known for my joyous 🌈attitude in meetings or working together with the clients, and that is because I bring in the real me. ✌️

I was not good at keeping up 🪞images, and I found 😂humor in many serious things. That didn’t sit well of me trying to be Miranda Prisely 🫠as the professional we were taught to be :P

That said, although I might be talking in a casual manner, I bring honesty, respect, and, most of all, dedication to my work. 🫡

The best thing I achieved out of being me is that I really made a connection that lasted a decade, and I still get calls sometimes to just let me know that it was great working with you. 😏I’m not bragging; I’m just proud about it. 💪

Being professional could also mean keeping proper boundaries but having fun and being compassionate to one another. If we work most of the day with someone, we better be good to each other and grow together. 💕🔥

Escape the escapism - Let’s stop living in the constant need for distractions🫠

Let’s be a little different approach and may be confront or realities head-on. And maybe stop for a moment and reflect on Why is it we are constantly distracting as it’s like a vicious circle ⭕️

And then ask Where is our all time going? Are we mindful in managing our time? I say it’s all about turning off the distractions and then see what is it you want from your day!

Importantly, the goal isn't to completely eliminate escapism. Instead, the aim is to strike a balance where escapism is used moderately for relaxation and enjoyment, rather than as a constant avoidance strategy.🙌
