Planning the menu to exploring experimental recipes and research on Rajasthani Cuisine and discussions have been a constant at @theprodigalfarms with Chef @dhruv.nijhawan & @ryanarnolddalton and the entire Kerry team.

After the menu was out and every single detail was agreed upon we headed back to the farm were we did a cook out with some fresh and tender @zappfreshindia curry cut mutton and plated it on @paramparagatupyogita's healthy brass tableware. We had a few friends join us at the farm as well. It all added up to one crazy afternoon with amazing company and an unforgettable food experience.

Far far away from the Delhi heat !!
Exploring inner Himachal - We were one of the lucky travellers to visit this wonderful village near Tirthan Valley. It was the last motorable village after which we could only find meadows, streams, small water falls and pristine landscapes. The locals here were such warm hearted people and the huge dogs were so playful and friendly.
I so miss being there .. the simple life !!
