In the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve of Madhya Pradesh, three ancient archeological treasures have been unearthed by a team from the Archeological Survey of India during a recent survey. These treasures, which include statues of the Buddha, Avalokiteshvara, and the Buddhist deity Tara, are believed to be around 1400 years old.

The statues were discovered in the Dhamokhar buffer area of the reserve, where locals have long revered them as 'Khair Mai'. All three statues belong to the Tantrayana sect of Buddhism, a sub-sect of Mahayana, and are estimated to date back to the 6th or 7th century.

Additionally, in May of this year, the remains of a 'modern society', rock art, and two complete Stupas were found in the same area. Similar discoveries were made last year, including various Buddhist caves and structures, as well as a votive Stupa from the 2nd-3rd century and a Buddhist pillar fragment from the same period, resembling the Chaitya pillars found in the Bedase caves of Maharashtra.

With Love from .

Love comes back in another form.

At the age of 40, Franz Kafka, who never married and had no children, was strolling through a Berlin park when he met a young woman who was crying because she had lost her favorite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll without success.
Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back for it.

The next day, when they still couldn't find the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter "written" by the doll that said, "Please don't cry. I have taken a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures.

So began a story that continued until the end of Kafka's life.

During the meetings, Kafka read the doll's carefully written letters with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable.

Finally, Kafka brought her the doll (he bought one) that had returned to Berlin.

"It looks nothing like my doll," the girl said.

Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote, " my travels, have changed me." the girl hugged the new doll and brought it home all happy.

A year later, Kafka died.

Many years later, the adult girl found a little letter inside the doll. In the little letter signed by Kafka, it said:

Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end love will come back in another form.

Warm Greetings on Vijay Dashami.

The Indian Roller bird or Blue Jay popularly known as the “Neelkantha” in India is considered very auspicious in Indian mythology, especially seeing it on the day of Vijay Dasami.

Neelkanth means one whose throat is blue. It is mentioned in Janashruti and the scriptures that Shiva is the only Neelkanth. Neelkanth on earth is considered to be the form and representative of Shiva. Let me tell you that Shiva is also known by the name Neelkanth. During the churning of the ocean, Shiv ji had consumed poison and it was stopped by Shiv ji in his throat, which made his throat blue. After this, Lord Shiva also came to be called Neelkanth.
it is believed that Lord Rama spotted the bird before starting his journey to Lanka to kill Ravana.

There is also a belief related to this that Ravana was a Brahmin and when Sri Rama killed Ravana, Shri Rama had committed the sin of Brahmin killing, to get rid of this sin, Shri Rama along with his Anuj Lakshman, the lord of the three worlds, Lord Worshiped Shiva. During this time Shiva came to the earth as a Neelkanth bird. After this, Shri Ram got freedom from this sin.

This remains a popular saying in Northern India :

‘नीलकंठ तुम नीले रहियो, दूध-भात का भोजन करियो, हमरी बात राम से कहियो'

PM Modi releases wild cheetahs at Kuno National Park in Madhya Pradesh.

Cheetahs, the world’s fastest mammals, have been reintroduced to India.

The Cheetahs were brought from Namibia to India in a special cargo flight Boeing -717. The flight landed in Gwalior in the morning, after which they were taken to Kuno National Park in Indian Air Force choppers, including Chinook.

On his 72nd birthday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the animals into an enclosure spread over 10km in the presence of chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and wildlife experts.
The cheetahs were flown from southern Africa for their reintroduction in India seven decades after the species was declared extinct in the country in 1952.

The five females and three males Cheetahs, aged between two and five and a half, will each be fitted with a satellite collar.

"No greater gift for MP than the fact that the cheetahs from Namibia are coming to Kuno National Park. They had gone extinct and it's a historic step to reintroduce them. This is the biggest wildlife incident of this century. This will rapidly boost tourism in MP" - CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said.

100 kms from Jabalpur lies Nauradehi Wildlife Sanctuary which is the largest wildlife sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh and covers 1197.04 km² area in three districts, viz., Sagar, Damoh and Narsinghpur.

The forest vegetation is a tropical dry deciduous type, with Teak as the predominant species. The entire Sanctuary is situated on a plateau, forming part of upper Vindhyan range and has a connecting forest patch with Veerangana Durgawati Sanctuary in Damoh district towards east extending up to Bandhavgarh National Park. The Sanctuary is classified under Deccan peninsula biogeographic region and forms part of Ganga and Narmada basin. It acts as a corridor for Panna Tiger Reserve and Satpura Tiger Reserve while indirectly connecting Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve via Rani Durgawati Wildlife Sanctuary.

Even though sighting of a Tiger or Panther is a slightly difficult in this sanctuary in comparison to Tiger reserves but with continuously improving wildlife habitats and protection provided by the Forest Department, their population is on rise and their sighting steadily increasing.
Among the carnivores sightings of Hyenas, Wolves and Sloth Bearsis more common.
