The sale fare under this offer is available on the 15 days out booking only, at any given point of time. The details of the Winter Sale offer are as below.

3. Free Flight e-Voucher
Voucher Amount โ INR 500 (Base Fare Voucher)
Voucher Redemption period: 15th January 2022 โ 31st Jan 2022.
Voucher Travel period ; 1st February 2022 to 30th September 2022.
Customers who will book the sale fare tickets during this offer period will receive a free flight e-voucher per booking that they can use for their next travel. The e-voucher will be sent to the email id shared by the customer at the time of booking .Customers must ensure to mention their correct email id at the time of booking the sale fare tickets. They will receive the free Flight Voucher (one voucher per booking) on or before 15th January, 2022.
This offer is applicable on limited seats only and is available on first come, first-served basis. So hurry up and start booking!
Zero Change Fee Offer Terms and Conditions:
a. This offer is applicable only on direct domestic flight bookings made during the Offer Period i.e. 27th Decemberโ2021 to 31st Decemberโ2021 for travel between 15thJanuaryโ2022 to 15th Aprilโ2022.The Zero Change Fee Offer is applicable only on bookings made under the Sale fare.
b. Offer is valid on bookings made via all channels including SpiceJet Website, Mobile App, Reservations, Airport Ticketing Counter, Online Travel Agents etc.
To avail the waiver of change fee, booking must be modified at least 2 days prior to the flight departure date. Standard charges will be applicable for bookings changed within 2 days of the flight departure date.
Fare difference will be applicable for flight changes and shall be payable by the customer. (A facilitation fee shall be applicable for flight change requested through Reservations or Airport Ticketing Counters).
Waiver of change fee shall be offered one time only. In case the flight is changed by customer for the second time then applicable change fee as per standard terms shall be charged.
This offer is not applicable on group bookings.
The offer is applicable on limited seats only and is available on first come, first-served basis only.

Free Flight Voucher Terms and Conditions:
1. Free Flight Voucher offer is applicable only on bookings made under sale fare during the Sale Period.
2. The customer will get a free base fare Flight Voucher worth INR 500/-. per booking that they can use for their next travel.
3. Customers will receive the free Flight Vouchers (one voucher per booking) on or before 15th January, 2022.
4. The Voucher will be applicable on a minimum spend of INR 4500/-.
5. This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and neither can it be clubbed with any other offer(s)
6. Voucher shall be applicable for single usage and any balance amount will be forfeited in case of partial usage.
7. Voucher can only be redeemed for flight bookings made on Spicejet.com website.
8. Voucher can only be redeemed by the passenger in whose name it was issued
9. Booking period for voucher redemption is from 15th January 2022 till 31st January 2022
10. Travel period for bookings made using this voucher is from 1st Feb 2022 to 30th September 2022.
11. Voucher can only be redeemed for bookings made 15 days in advance to the travel date.

15. SpiceJet reserves the right to cancel the free flight voucher issued to the customer in case any misuse is identified.

b. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the relevant booking(s).
c. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of the respective offer is limited to the amount paid by the customer under and in respect of the said offer/ booking.
d. For any mobile wallet related claims, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
e. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
f. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
g. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at http://www.spicejet.com shall apply.
h. Any disputes arising out of respective Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
