The Jodhpur Guide Association organized a for its newly joined members on October 2, 2023, to enhance their knowledge of the city's rich , culture, and heritage. In addition to enhancing their knowledge, the Heritage Walk also provided an opportunity for the newly joined members to bond with each other and to learn from the more experienced guides. It was a fun and informative day for everyone involved.

The Jodhpur Guide Association is pleased to announce that membership is now open to all . This is a great opportunity for guides who want to be a part of an organization that promotes the tourism industry in Jodhpur. To become a member, you must submit a copy of your guide license and Aadhar card, both of which must be self-attested. Once you have submitted these documents, you will need to pay an annual membership fee of Rs.1200/-.
Being a member of the Jodhpur Guide Association has many benefits. Members have access to exclusive events and training sessions that can help them improve their skills as guides. They also have the opportunity to network with other guides and industry professionals, which can lead to new business opportunities.

On 3rd February 2023, the delegates participating in summit in Jodhpur visit the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort. The participants were introduced to the historical, and cultural facts, music, dance, local festival, cuisines, and art of Marwar. The participants were fascinated with the architectural beauty of Mehrangarh Fort.
The event was followed by a Gala dinner at Mehrangarh Fort ramparts.

On 17th October 2022, the members of the Jodhpur Guide Association provided their services to the guests traveling on "Palace on Wheels".

The visitors were introduced to Jodhpuri cuisine, culture, art, architectural heritage, and unique customs. The guests visited Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and Umaid Bhawan Palace.
After a gap of 2 years, a renowned luxurious train Palace on Wheels started its first trip of the season.

Today Jodhpur Guide Association in collaboration with Think India Jodhpur Chapter organized a heritage walk for 80 Doctors and Nursing students of All India Institute of Medical Science the walk was led by Rishi Raj Jodha, Bharat Singh Gaur, Devi Singh Mertiya, and Dashrath Singh Rathore.
The participants were informed about Jodhpur's culture, heritage, architecture, festivals, food, it's unique customs, and rituals.
Think India is an initiative of ABVP. The show is presented by Professor JaiKaran Charan (Pharmacy) Pankaj, Kailash Puran Singh, Rajveer Singh Banta along with Shakti Singh Gehlot.
Refreshment for this event was organized by Moolji Sweets pungal para Jodhpur.

On this occasion Deputy Director Mr. Bhanu Pratap Additional Director Ms. Sarita Frioda RTDC Ghoomer hotel General manager Mr. Manvendra Singh, Mr.J.M. B**b president of Jodhpur Hotel Restaurant Association and alongwith guides and members of tourism fraternity.
This bus service will start from Ghoomer hotel conducting a guided tour of Mehrangarh Fort Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace Mandore Garden Kayilana Lake, and Machiya park.

The meeting was chaired by its senior members Mr. C.P. Bhati, Mr. Sunder Singh Khichi, Mr. Pritam Singh Rathore, and Mr. Rakesh Jangid The meeting was attended in large numbers by its members. Where we discuss the possible challenges and are preparing for the upcoming tourist season.

We would like to thank every member for their participation and taking an active part during the open house.
