RUMBAK Valley

Rumbak Valley used to be the must visit destination for the trekkers and explorers since ladakh open for tourists.
Rumbak is a part of Hemis national park and a small village of around 36 households.
Rumbak Valley is well known for wildlifes and popularly known as home of snowleopards.

❖ Date 17 Feb to 25 Feb

Day 1: Acclimatization in Leh rest .

Day 2: Leh acclimatized walk.

Day 3: Drive to Tsogsti/ Khaltse its a beautiful drive of 1and half hour on Leh Srinagar highway and then from sangam we will go towards the Zanskar river after 20 min we will reach and then we will cross the Zanskar river on frozen ice and walk for 20 min then will reach to the climbing area and then at ice climbing area introduction and basic knot and tools handling practice and back to leh.

Day 4: Drive to ice climbing area and then top rope climbing on wall And also belay practice and back to Leh.

Day 5: Drive to ice climbing area and then top rope climbing and belay practice and also ice screw placing practice.

Day 6: Drive to ice climbing area and then top rope climbing and belay and also anchoring practice.

Day 7 :Drive to ice climbing area and then lead climbing practice with support of top rope and also practice of placing ice screw and making anchor.

Day 8: Drive to ice climbing area and then with support of top rope practice and placing ice screw and making anchor.

Day 9: Departure .

Mt. Ut Kangri Expeditions ladakh

Ut peak is located at rumtse phu in sharok valley at the altitude of 6080 m one of the highest peak near rumtse area. Rumtse phu is around 75 k from leh in between leh Manali high way.

Join us for Kang Yatze 1 6400m expedition from 20th August to 02th September in Ladakh.
A technically challenging climb.

20th August is reaching leh and 02th September is departure back from Leh.

A technical climb compared to kang Yatze 2 in Ladakh.
Kang Yatze 1 is at imposing altitude of 6400m and having done a basic mountaineering course or having climbed a technical peak is mandatory for joining.

It needs good endurance and mental strength and good mountaineering skills. A refresher will be done on training day at base camp.
A good physical fitness, able to run 5kms in around 35 minutes, and a positive and encouraging mental attitude and team spirit is required and non fussy people who can respect each other's and mountains :)

Expedition will be led by Stanzin Norboo an acclaimed mountaineer from Ladakh.

Great News From Mt. Pumori !

IMF Indian Everest Massif Expedition 2021, sponsored by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India has, successfully scaled *Mt. Pumori (7161m) today at local time around 2:30 PM.
The expedition is being handled by Peak Promotion Pvt. Ltd., Nepal.

This is the First Indian Ascent of the mountain.

This is also the first successful climb of Pumori, by any International Team this season 💐

IMF Indian Everest Massif Expedition 2021, apart from climbing Pumori (7161m) will also be climbing Nuptse(7864m), Lhotse( 8516m ) and Everest (8848.86m)
