Approved Valuer under section 34AB of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 for valuation of Immovable Properties (other than Agricultural lands, plantations, forests, mines & quarries). For the last 11 years, being panel valuer on various banks such as State Bank of India, Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, LIC Housing Finance, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank & Corporation Bank, we have rendered our service as Govt. Approved Valuer for carrying out valuation of various immovable properties for different purposes. We use all modern equipments with latest technology for Valuation of fixed assets to assess the fair market value.
