We are a Indian couple in to hosting expat/migrant -females / couple visiting Mumbai for Internship/ Tourism/International Exhibitions etc. and seeking home-stay/ BNB accommodation with a educated family instead of expensive hotels.
We are approved by F R R O (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) for hosting foreigners and offer a private well ventilated spacious furnished room in our 2 B H K apartment having a) Double Bed b) Wardrobe c) Cable TV and d) En suite washroom with western w c, ideally located just 1.5 Km from T II of Mumbai International Airport in a well developed and safe locality of JB Nagar in Andheri-E., Mumbai.
Most local conveniences such as 1) Banks/ATM 2) Gym / Spa 3) Multi cuisine Restaurants 4) Multiplex 5) Super Market 6) Licensed Money Changers 7) Laundry 8) Taxi / Bus Stand 9) Garden /Jogging Park and 10) Metro Station are with in 2-12 minutes walking distances only.
Guests are allowed to use common in house amenities a) Free internet facility (Not WiFi) for 1 Hr. daily b) Use of Washing Machine and c) Use of kitchen for heating and light cooking of veg. food only during their stay d) Bed Linen. Guests are requested to follow standard house rules.This being home-stay and not a hotel right of admission is reserved and all bookings are subject to prior verification and our acceptance.
As a value added service, we also provide a) WiFi b) Local SIM for mobile on chargeable basis and can assist the guests in planning of c) itinerary and c) Ticketing for traveling with in India by bus, train etc. Guests having confirmed booking can also avail of transfer of money for their use at a competitive exchange rate.
