"Back to school" 🏫

Getting back to school is like dusting off the backpack 🎒, sharpening the pencils✏️, turning the page to a new chapter which is filled with discoveries, growth & challenges!

It was indeed a fun-filled event as parents re-lived their childhood right from being dressed as for child, being attentive in class, engaging in the activities such as cloud making, making of umbrella, poster paint, paint the drops .
This event was also an opportunity for parents to peep into the learning📝 world of their children.

A Plant Nursery🪴🪴 for their field trip.
They learned how plants🌱 are grown and nurtured before being sold to the public or transplanted into gardens or landscapes. 🌳
This educational and enjoyable outing gave the learners the opportunity to learn about plants, gardening, and the environment in a hands-on setting.

RIS was delighted to celebrate Marathi Rajyabhasha Gaurav Diwas
on the of 27th February, 2024.
Marathi Rajyabhasha Gaurav Diwas is an occasion that holds great cultural significance, as it commemorates the rich literary and linguistic heritage of the Marathi language.

The aim of celebrating Marathi Rajyabhasha Gaurav Diwas was to foster a sense of pride and appreciation for our state, Maharashtra's official language, Marathi. It is an opportunity for students to connect with the roots of our culture and to develop a deeper understanding of the linguistic diversity that enriches our nation.

Packing a tiffin was fun for our Learner's Marathi Rajyabhasha Gaurav Diwas they got food which included a mix of traditional Maharashtrian dishes like
Puran poli, Bhakri with Bharli Vangi, Pitla, Kothimbir vadi, Sabudana Khichdi, Poha, Batata vada, Misal pav

Learners came dressed in traditional Maharashtrian attire, further adding to the cultural vibrancy of the celebration.

The Learners recited Marathi songs on the occasion.

RIS came together as community to celebrate our linguistic diversity and strengthen our bond with the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra.

The Amateur Riders Club hosted the final day of the first qualifiers for the Junior National Equestrian Competition on Sunday, 7th April 2024 at Mahalaxmi Racecourse. We are happy to announce that Jaden D'souza, our learner of Grade 10 has secured 1st position in the show jumping junior category, while riding on his horse 'Whispering Silver'. He has now qualified for the Nationals in the show jumping categories. RIS invites learners from various nationalities to its campus and families arriving throughout the academic year. Our rolling admissions policy helps all our students – aged 3 years to 12 years transition successfully into our learning community.
