Plenty of employment opportunities are being generated due to rising economic growth in the country. However, insufficient know-how of technical aspects and the required skills are making more and more people unemployable. Despite the various skill development initiatives offered by government ministries, India is still facing a huge deficit of skilled workers. In a bid to contribute towards skill

ed labour, Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers (RAGC) an initiative by Rustomjee group has started a new vertical called 'Skill Cluster' that will offer training across as many as 39 sectors that demand a specific skill set such as Construction, Automobiles, Retail, Electrical, Tourism, Hospitality and so on. Skill Cluster aims at capturing the very essence of skilled labour by training 1 lakh people in next 3 years, pan-India & across all sector requirements, to their maximum potential and preparing them to apply themselves in the real world.
