🖋️ സമയം: രാവിലെ ഒൻപത് മണിയോടുക്കുന്നു.വെയിൽ വീഴുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും അന്തരീക്ഷമാകെ നല്ല തണുപ്പാണ്. മരചില്ലകൾക്കിടയിലൂടേ വെയിൽ അരിച്ചിറങ്ങുന്ന ഭംഗിയാസ്വദിച്ച് ഞങ്ങൾ നീങ്ങുകയാണ്. റോഡിനിരുവശവും തേയിലത്തോട്ടങ്ങളും, പുൽമേടുകളും, പൂക്കളും പൈൻമരങ്ങളുമൊക്കെയായി മൂന്നാർ തണുത്തു വിറങ്ങലിച്ചു നിൽക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ ഭംഗിയാസ്വദിച്ച് പോകുമ്പോഴാണ് പച്ചപ്പാർന്ന പുൽമേട്ടിലേയ്ക്ക് വെയിൽ വീഴുന്ന മനോഹര ദൃശ്യത്തിനടിപ്പെട്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ
വണ്ടിനിർത്തിയത്. റോഡിൽ നിന്ന് താഴത്താണ് പുൽമേട് പോകാൻ വഴിയൊന്നും കണ്ടില്ല. എങ്കിലും കുത്തിയൊലിച്ച മഴ വെള്ളപാച്ചിലിൽ ഉടലെടുത്ത ഓടയിലൂടെ താഴത്തേയക്ക് ക്യാമറയും താങ്ങിപ്പിടിച്ച് നിരങ്ങി ഇറങ്ങി. പച്ചപ്പാർ൬ പുൽമേട്ടിലേയ്ക്ക് കാലെടുത്ത് വച്ചപ്പോൾ തന്നെ തണുപ്പിന്റെ കാഠിന്യം ശിരസ്സിലെത്തി. പുൽമേടിനുകുറച്ചകലയായി ഇരുമ്പു വേലിയ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ കുറേ പശുക്കൾ മേയുന്നതു കണ്ടു. ചതുരാകൃതിയിൽ ഇത്ര വ്യക്തമായി അവ പുല്ലുതിന്നു തീർക്കുന്നത് കണ്ട് കൗതുകമായി. പിന്നെയാണ് കണ്ടത് ചതുരാകൃതിയിൽ നിർമ്മിച്ച ആ വേലികെട്ടിൽ വൈദ്യുതി കടത്തിവിട്ടിരുന്നു. കണ്ണെത്താദൂരത്തോളം പുൽമേട് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും ഒരു വേലി കെട്ടിലൊതുങ്ങിപ്പോകുന്ന അവരുടെ നിസ്സഹായവസ്ഥയെ ഒരു നിമിഷം ഞാൻ ഓർത്തു. പാവങ്ങൾ.നടക്കുമ്പോഴെല്ലാം പുൽനാമ്പുകളിൽ തങ്ങിനിന്നിരുന്ന തുള്ളികൾ ഷൂസിലേയ്ക്ക് തെന്നിവീണു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. കുറച്ച് കൂടെ താഴത്തേയ്ക്ക് നടന്നുനീങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ യൂണിഫോമിൽ അവിടെയെത്തിയ രണ്ടു പേർ ഞങ്ങളെ തടഞ്ഞു നിർത്തി. അതിശയോക്തിയോടെ ചോദിച്ചു. നിങ്ങളെങ്ങനെ ഇവിടെയെത്തി? അതുവഴി ചാടി വന്നു മാമാ എന്ന നിഷ്കളങ്കമായ മറുപടി കേട്ട് അവർ പറഞ്ഞു താഴെ അരുവിയാണ്. കാട്ടാന എപ്പോഴും കുളിക്കാൻ വരുന്നയിടം: ഇത് നിയന്ത്രിത മേഖലയാണ്. പുറത്ത് നിങ്ങൾ ബോർഡ് കണ്ടില്ലേ.? അങ്ങനെ ഒരു ബോർഡേ ഞങ്ങൾ കണ്ടില്ലായിരുന്നു. കണ്ടില്ലാന്ന് പറഞ്ഞേപ്പാ ...ആ നിങ്ങളെ ഇവിടെ വച്ച് കിട്ടിയത് നന്നായി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് ഞങ്ങളെ അവർ തിരിച്ചയച്ചു. തിരികെ വണ്ടിയെടുത്ത് യാത്ര തുടരവേ റോഡിന്റെ അരികിൽ വെയിലും മഴയും കൊണ്ട് ജീവനറ്റ് കിടപ്പുണ്ട് അവർ പറഞ്ഞ ബോർഡ്. മൂന്നാറിന്റെ തണുപ്പിൽ വിറങ്ങലിക്കാത്ത വന്യതയിലെങ്ങോ നിന്ന് ആനയുടെ അലർച്ച കാതിൽ അലയടിക്കുന്നു....

📌 മൂന്നാറിൽ നിന്ന് 40km മാറി (ആനച്ചാൽ - മുട്ടുകാട് വഴി) സൂര്യനെല്ലിക്ക് അടുത്താണ് മീശപുലിമല ⛰️ (മൂന്നാർ പോകാതെ അടിമാലിയിൽ നിന്നും സൂര്യനെല്ലിക്ക് പോവാം. 41km). വനം വകുപ്പിന്റെ ട്രെക്കിങ്ങും ടെന്റ് സ്റ്റേയും ലഭ്യമാണ്.

😍 The most wonderful thing to start your might be a sunrise trek 🌄 to 📌 Kolukkumalai.
An almost 45min hard off-road Jeep trek 🚙 during the very early hours of the day through the tea plantations, and a view like this 😍 atop 7100ft. would make your heart skip a beat. ❤️
Stay there for a while,
don't take your eyes away,
breathe in the fresh cold air,
and feel the cold breeze on your face...
is a feeling ⛰️💫

മൂന്നാറിൽ നിന്ന് 25km ദൂരത്തിൽ സൂര്യനെല്ലി. (Share Jeep 100/-) സൂര്യനെല്ലിയിൽ നിന്നും 7km കോളുക്കുമലയിലേക്ക്. Off-Road Jeep മാത്രമേ കയറു കോളുക്കുമലയിലേക്ക്. [Jeep 250/-] 6 മണിക്ക് മുന്നേ എത്തിയാൽ കൊളുക്കുമലയിലെ സുന്ദരമായ സൂര്യോദയം കാണാം. 😍

🚩 ആട്ടുകാട് വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടം, മൂന്നാർ ⛰️
📌 മൂന്നാർ ടൗണിൽ നിന്നും ഏകദേശം 8 km മാറി പള്ളിവാസൽ ടീ ഫാക്ടറിക്ക് സമീപം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
അധികം തിരക്കില്ലാത്ത, അധികം അറിയപ്പെടാത്ത മൂന്നാറിലെ ഒരു സുന്ദര വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടം. 🤗
