An unusually clear day for July. Today is Harela, a festival of planting trees and more. Here is our village nursery, of hornbeam, cedar and cypress, and the babies go out to their new homes in our forest and those of neighbouring villages. Will they be out for 50 years, a hundred, two hundred? A thousand? Who knows…
