acturing. Mixing belongs to the most important basic operations of
Process technology. In nearly all process of Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food
industries as well as Feedstock and Water Treatment, mixing is undertaken
with the object to accelerate the natural diffusion. The task of the impeller consists on one hand to generate in the vessel a three
dimensional flow field with large momentum flow density and on the other
hand to create in the multi-phase system on interfacial area as large as
possible. Although mixing is a very old process, it was not until recently it was
possible to calculate in advance the exact theoretical conditions in the
Agitated vessel at any given time. An optimum mixer design is only done if
the latest specific development along with operational experience is applied

5. We do not recommend to you to scrap your existing agitator. If by
replacing only impeller a required task is achievable, we try to salvage

Heating / Cooling / Chilling. This also covers heat recovery system, which is
the part of energy conservation. Equipment use in the purpose is typically
Shell and Tube Heat exchanger / Finned tube Heat exchanger / ‘U’ Tube
Heat exchanger. Generally using metal like carbon steel, stainless steel and copper satisfies
the market demand. In rare occasions we are prepared to fabricate equipment
with precious metals like Titanium, which is one of the best corrosion

application of different type of heat exchanger like Fixed Tube – Sheet /

process with filters such as Nutsche Filters / Bag Filters / Agitated Nutsche
Filters. We have also manufactured Distillation columns for various pharmaceutical
industries. The diameters range from 200 NB to 600 NB with total heights
ranging from 2 metres to 17 metres in Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel. We have also designed and manufactured column internals such as packing
supports, distributors, liquid collectors, retaining plates etc.
