Once Again a study tour of the group from North-East ...
The Focus - Exposure Visit Winery 2024 from Mizoram, a group of 14 including the government officials, Farmers and the Wine Makers were at Nashik Valley Wine Nvwpa to explore and take lessons on Wine making who on the first day visited followed by dinner hosted by with Mr. Jagdish Holkar & Vikrant Holkar, etc.
The 2nd Day started with some technical visits to a couple of Tank manufacturing units followed by lunch at in the and also visiting and last but not the least & concluding the tour with te must visit winery

Normally I have my assignments booked a couple of months in advance, but this time I suddenly received a call on the 15th of this month from a Mr. Brian from Canada requested to do a with me on the 16th.
I agreed for the same and he started with me the next morning in my car interviewing me on the history of the .

Take shorter showers to reduce water consumption.

Check your water bill to see how much water you are using. • Check all faucets, pipes, and toilets for leaks.

Use mug instead of running the tap while brushing teeth or shaving.

Use a toilet flush which consumes less water.

Water your plants early in the morning or late in the evening to reduce water loss due to evaporation.

While watering plants, use watering-can instead of a running hose.

For watering plants, use waste water that comes off washing of food items.

Use water efficient sprinkler and drip irrigation for your garden.

Promote drip irrigation and other water conservation methods in agriculture. Practice rainwater harvesting. RWAs should adopt this in every public park of their locality.

Today's Wine Tour with the 4 Different lady officers
1) Ms Annika from the Swedish Embessy,
2) Ms Marit from the Norway Embessy
3) Ms Jocelyn from the Swiss Embessy and

I received them at the and straight we drove to Vineyards and began the wine tour with the Viticulturist showing and talking about the Vineyards Mr. followed by the Vinification process by the wine maker Mr. we all arrived in the Wine Tasting Room.
Looking at the huge Wine Tasting table they all were very much impressed.
Then by 2.00 Pm we arrived Vallonne Vineyards straightWay were taken to the Cellar by the Wine Maker for the winery tour & Tasing of the exclusive wines.
I then drove to the run by .......
Further they have decided to enjoy the swimming pool along with some wines & the locally home made
followed by Tour & Tasting......

On Day Two with the same 4 we started the day a bit early and reached the destination driving through the of the smallest winery of India
As Usual the young enthusiast couple Jyotsna Surwade and Ashok Surwade walked down to welcome us. The tour began within the Vineyards of Grape Vines with lots of questions from the guests and then the wine making part followed by the Exclusive process.
Everyone enjoyed the Wines including the Sparkling......
After two hours our journey started towards the Northern direction to reach even another big name in the Wine Industry India Brand
A very personalised tour and tasting with the of Chandon Amrut Vare was the highlight of the tour and the hero bottle was the ́ and the only Shiraz Red Wine Aruva produced in the history of Chandon was really loved and then it was time to drop them back at the Cheers

Before turning the page of 2021, I had a young couple from , Mr. Sunghyun Kim and Mrs. Arum for He works with as an Engineer but has a strong hobby in Wine and WSET Level 3.
There Stay was arranged in for 2 nights and the complete transport from Mumbai Airport to drop back was done by me. We visited where they were very much impressed by the food at restaurant, followed by the Exclusive Wines. We then visited Vineyards, Mr Kim and Arum took a round in the Vineyard taking lots of Pictures and then enjoyed all Premium Wine tasting with the wine maker right in to the lush green lawn facing the Vineyards.
and its premium wines are now in fashion for the travelers from , , , etc. The ranking in the current has proved it, raising the country to levels of excellence never before seen or imagined that India will also be one of the countries like .
The beautiful locations of absolute immersion in the nature, an almost inexhaustible variety of new grape varieties and types of wines, boutique small exclusive productions, a natural friendliness in receiving those who want to get to know our wine making techniques & practices and the new experiences that are being launched every year and that accompany the huge number of exclusive wine launches every year.
Congratulations to all those involved in this wine making sector in India for their visionary character, their research, and natural curiosity, and for favoring this beautiful and colorful country that always needs to be talked about because it has so much to offer to those who visit it.
