The journey of DPauls started 25 years ago. DPauls became operational in December 1992 with a team of two persons. A working table within a Departmental Store in INA Market and a telephone line were the only assets that we had, to start with. What we did have, however, was a vision to make a mark in the industry, a lot of passion and enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, we were willing to learn from our customers and come up with products that they wanted.
Our efforts bore fruit, and thanks to the support and good wishes of our customers, we grew steadily, and continue to grow, from strength to strength. The Journey of 25 Years has been an eventful one. DPauls today has multiple office locations, and a team of over 300 travel professionals, all of whom are dedicated to serving the customer. We cater to all segments of travelers, be it individuals, groups, honeymooners or corporates. We cater to flexible tour packages as well as fixed group departures. We cater to customers with varied requirements, right from 3-star category to the 5 star+ range as well as Luxury Products.
