Fagikyong new camping ground at chojo khechupalari

On 31st December 2022
Night'sky Camping and trekking group organized a picnic cm inauguration of new camping ground at Fagikyong ( here at chojo village khechupalari).

The program was graced with the auspicious presence of Chief Guest Mr. Tshering Dup Lepcha renowned and respect priest not only in chojo village and also an active social worker. For the Guest of honour Mr.Karma Lhandup Lepcha formal panchayet member of chojo ward, Mr. P.K Tamang retired Teacher and also Mr S.W Bhutia Panchayat president of khechupalari.
For Special Guest Anee (Buddhist Nun from Thshi Choling monastery), Mr.Yangsang Lepcha( agyo) Mr.Sonam Bhutia ,Mrs Ruby limboo, Mrs Pamphutit Sherpa, Mr.Luksang Lepcha Mr. Pamsang Lepcha, Mr. Lachung Lepcha , Mr Lazang Lepcha , Mr Chewong Lepcha with his wife, Mr Chopel Lepcha Mr Karna Bdr Rai, Mr Banu Mangar, Mr Phursang Lepcha and many more elders are there.
To witness this historic event all the villagers are there with us.

On the day opening Dance was performed by very young and cute girl miss Ranzongmit Lepcha, Bhutia and nepali dance performed by Dawaphutit and Sonam Dem Lepcha and also Jenishmit and Susongmit Lepcha also performed nepali and English.

In the 3 house of program Night'sky Camping and trekking group showcase various camping and trekking equipment and also provide basic training to use it.

The program was grand successful with the help of all the younger brothers and sister of the helping members.
