VASOTA fort Jungle Trek

Fort Vasota aka. Vyaghragad is located in Satara district and lies within the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve. Vasota is famous for its trek through the dense forest of koyna and falls of sahyadri. The forest at the base of Vasota can be reached only by hiring a boat from Bamnoli and crossing the Koyna lake (1.5 hours).
