Under education initiative proactive 'I' is involved in doing workshops for corporate, students, families & teachers. The workshops are designed after diligent research by identifying the gaps that people are dealing with, and have created solutions that fulfill that need. The workshops provide a platform for people to look deeply at issues & concerns that otherwise would be neglected and not addr

essed in day to day life. The atmosphere is created where people feel safe and encouraged in participating and creating breakthroughs. It’s filled with energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity leading to new learning's that will benefit people to live a fulfilled life. The workshops are designed by taking into consideration of the most effective content and delivery. Some world class educators like Dr. Edward De Bone, Tony Buzan, Richard Bandler, Tony Robbins, etc have been major contributors. Varun Chamadiya has the privilege of being trained with many of them. The workshops bring a new opening in ways of thinking, looking at life and actually bring effectiveness in living life. Under the innovation initiatives proactive ‘I’ takes pride in running a successful innovation lab under the name of Uzoobazebaka, which stands for I don’t know how, but I will. The innovation lab has incubated several ventures. Proactive I Gifts, Proactive I Online, Lazibulance, venture @ 40, Proactive I Adventures, Farm to Kitchen, My earth my relationships are several of them. It also helps organizations to innovate and grow. In fact most of the workshops have been designed first by doing the human centred research. Proactive ‘I‘ draws inspiration from IDEO, a company based out of Palo Alto California. The future that proactive ‘I’ stands to serve is to identify the real need and serve through designing products & services that will serve for times to come.
