The Deluxe double room with a mountain view has a queen bed, attached bath with shower and a full board for 2 persons. The Superior double room with a lake view offers a king bed, an extra bed, attached bath with shower and a full board for 3 persons. Floating Heaven Heritage Houseboats, also known as Floating Houseboats, is located in Nigeen Lake. It is about 16 kilometers from the airport and 1.5 kilometers from the TRC bus stand.

Floating Heaven Heritage Houseboats has a spacious carpeted sitting room, dining room, and bedrooms with western bathrooms attached. The houseboat is well appointed with modern amenities such as satellite television and wireless internet in common hall. Western breakfast and choice of authentic Kashmiri or Western lunches and dinners are served by the houseboy.
