രണ്ട് ബസ്സുകൾ ഓടിത്തുടങ്ങി.

ഒന്ന്. ഒരു സാധാരണക്കാരനായ അംഗപരിമിതൻ തന്റെ കൈയ്യിലെ സമ്പാദ്യവും ബാങ്ക്ലോണുമൊക്കെയെടുത്ത് ഒരു ബസ്സ് വാങ്ങുന്നു. ആ ബസ്സിനു സർക്കാർ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ വഴിനീളെ ഫൈൻ നല്കുന്നു.

രണ്ട്. ഒരു ധൂർത്തനായ ഹൃദയശൂന്യനായ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി നാട്ടുകാരുടെ നികുതിപ്പണം കൊണ്ട് സർവ്വ ചട്ടങ്ങളും ലംഘിച്ച് ഒരു ആഡംബര ബസ്സ് വാങ്ങുന്നു. ആ ബസ്സിനു വഴിനീളെ സർക്കാർ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ സല്യൂട്ട് നല്കുന്നു.
