Salim associates started as proprietorship in the year 1987 at Guruvayur, Thrissur District. In the beginning of its existence Salim Associates has constructed various Marriage Halls, Schools, Commercial buildings, Mosques etc. at various places of Guruvayur.
1.2.2. S&A, Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd
In the year 1997, the Group has registered a new company namely S&A, Builders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd under Companies Act. Then Salim Associates turned its concentration to construction of Flats and Villas under the brand name of “NANDANAM”. Over the years S&A Builders helped number families to own a beautiful villas and flats at various places of Thrissur and Guruvayur and also started full-fledged real estate outfit getting into residential, commercial and mixed developments.
1.2.3. Salim Associates, Interiors & Furniture Pvt. Ltd
Mean while, Salim Associates also registered new initiative exclusively for the interior works and furnitures namely “Salim Associates, Interiors & Furniture Pvt. This has on track mainly to do the interior works of the flats and villas constructed by S&A builders& Engineers Pvt. Salim Associates, Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd
The new company Salim Associates, Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd, was registered as Private Company during the year 2012. The upcoming projects will be implemented under the patronage of this new company. The new company has formulated a new aim to become a number one builder in the district. As part of this future development plan company has committed to huge projects especially like townships, large commercial are along with residential places, various joint ventures.
