' Kerala cuisines are a civilization by itself', was the response from ,Mr Daniel Vutto, our guest hailing from Italy. The hardcore vegan fell madly in love with traditional Kerala dishes, especially ' Puttu and Kadala' ,(Puttu is a cylindrical steamed rice cake cooked with coconut shavings and Kadala curry is made of black chickpeas, garlic, mustard seeds, red chilli, onions, whole coriander, and turmeric, curries leaves, garam masala, salt, and of course, grated coconut) religiously expressed ,
'Nandi', ( gratitude in Malayalam language)to our chef , after each meal, every day.

Mr Vutto's initial plan was to stay for seven days in Varkala and move to other tourist destinations in the country. But, once 'hit by Nirrvaan hospitality' and ' Varkala vibes'( as per Vutto), he decided to spent three full weeks, the entire duration of his Indian visit with us.

A fitness freak, gymer reached Varkala all the way cycling . Spent most of the post lunch time in beach,walking barefoot in sun hot sand and swimming .

His hairstyle resembled that of cine star Vikram's in his famous film 'Anyan'. Cutie blush was his response, when we revealed this to him.

Now when he leaves, 'Hearty wishes Vutto, and till we meet again, bon voyage...'

A view from Air India flight over Moscow international airport . Our guest Ms Nailya Tairova, after staying for nearly a month on 30 plus Varkala temperature with us ,now all of a sudden descends to minus 20 to her land. Home's chilling welcome to Nailya and we will be missing her. Hugs till we meet again.
