Staff introduction!

Last but not least let’s introduce Ása, the power woman behind the scenes at our zipline company! She handles everything behind the computer and makes sure everything runs smoothly. While being a part-time guide, she is also a talented graphic designer, web creator, booking guru, office manager and more! She also works for True Adventure and while handling both companies like a true multitasker, she is also a dedicated mom to a sweet 3-year-old girl. She truly does it all! 💪👩‍💻🌟👧❤️

Staff introduction continues!

Let me tell you about Kacper, one of our awesome zipline guides! He's been working here since last summer and has quickly become one of our lead breakers. Kacper is a fast learner and has picked up the ins and outs of our zipline course in no time. He's always eager to help and is super knowledgeable about the area. Kacper is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. If you're looking for someone to show you the ropes and make sure you have a fun and safe experience, Kacper is your guy. He's a great guide and an even better person!

He is now back in Poland after working two last seasons with us and we wish him safe travels and thank him for his time with us!

Staff introduction continues!

We got lucky last summer when Alex joined our team and we don’t let go of good people that easily - so you know it, he’s back! 🥳🥳 Alex is a fast learner and quickly became one of our best zipline breakers. That means he makes sure everyone gets to the other side of our lines safe and happy!

Alex learned paragliding this spring and has spent his free time up in the skies or cycling or rock climbing. 🪂🚴🏻‍♂️🧗‍♀️He always has a smile on his face, full of energy and fun to be around!

He knows how to make you smile and has a talent of bringing people safely out of their comfort zone while making them laugh!

We’re lucky to have him on the team! 🙌

Meet Alexandra! She joined our team last summer and luckily for us, she’s back again! This energy ball is fast learning, always happy and ready to put a smile on your face! You know your lucky when she’s your guide! Alexandra comes from Reykjavík where she studies software engineering in the University of Iceland. She is a former gymnast 🤸‍♀️ and holds many talents. She’s always up for something fun and is both kind and funny.

Clever, beautiful, suuuper flexible, you name it, our Alexandra has it all!

Let meet Sammi! Sammi is a lot of things. He’s quite the multi-man and there’s not much he can’t do. He’s quick at picking up and mastering new skills, whether it’s a sport, new languages, hobby or something entirely different.

Sammi is a co founder and owner of Zipline Iceland, manager, lead guide, breaker, paragliding pilot for his other company True Adventure , father to a 2 1/2 year old little energy ball and soooo much more! Sammi is the ray of sunshine you need in your life. He loves to make other people laugh and always makes sure everyone is happy and comfortable around him. He’s good at what he does and he does a lot!

There’s only one Sammi and we are so so lucky to have him on the team!

Staff introduction continues!

Let’s meet Þráinn! He is one of the owners of our zipline and founded Zipline Iceland in 2017 along with the others. Þráinn is great at constructing, is a great carpenter and has built many many houses over the years. He’s also flying tandem paragliding 🪂 full time in the summer for his other company True Adventure , which he shares with Sammi. Þráinn is a true multi man. Very crafty, imaginative and can do just about anything he puts his mind to! But most importantly he kicks our asses in ping pong and badminton! 🤪

He has two daughters, Katla and Addý, who also work at the zipline and the newest member of the family is Skuggi, the zipline puppy!🐶

Hard working and multi talented sums him up nicely! How lucky we are!

This one is by far the smallest on our team.…and the fluffiest! Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Skuggi, the Icelandic sheep dog who loves to zipline! He sometimes comes with us on tours and than follows his owner, Þráinn, around like a shadow. Ironically “Skuggi” means shadow so he lives up to his name 😁

Skuggi loves treats, hugs, kisses and did I say treats? With his playful personality and cuteness (that he’s well aware of) this fluff ball is sure on bring a smile to your face 🥰
