Villa Alfredo is a substantial property, originally intended for the ‘Squire’ of the village and has a real sense of tradition. Clues to the importance of the property are in the large windows, some of which are stained glass, the marble staircase, beautiful garden, and just the sheer space. The house is ideal for large families, with enormous rooms, high beamed ceilings, original stairways, enorm
ous windows and shutters, original flooring, and plenty of space to relax and cool off from the heat of the day. This house is a complete one off - a real feel of Italian living and history combined with a sense of adventure. The garden, the ‘piece di resistance’ of the house, is unique, with original covered terrace leading from the house, ancient trees and a beautiful covered eating area with plenty of room for 10 guests. The garden offers plenty of sun and shade, and is really just the most perfect place to relax, high above the world, looking down on the stunning views…
