The property lies over a hill at 150m approx. above the sea level and has a stunning view from right to left. Inside and outside you will find an authentic Tuscan cotto floor. The property is also provided of a private parking one to each unit. In the first unit there is a large and comfortable living room & dining area with fireplace. A free WI-FI is available in the whole property, inside and outside. The film lovers will enjoy a wide flat screen TV with USB connection and DVD player or listen music by the Bluetooth speakers in a fantastic and a comfortable sofa with breathtaking views. You can enjoy breakfast in the shade just in the terrace in front of the kitchen. In the living room, there is an artistic octagonal dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people and that is also a real compass table. Dining with a marvelous view all four seasons and the fireplace in winter is something special however; you decide to spend your time here in any time, summer, spring or winter. In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities you may need: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, glasses and dishes for hosting a large dinner. Electric fan to cool the air and also, in the kitchen there is a washing machine at your disposal and once you have cleaned your clothes, outside there is an opposite area dedicated to dry all your cleaned items. The sleeping area is made of four bedrooms. First bedroom with a king size bed and safety box, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds that can become king-size bed and balcony access, 3rth bedroom with a bunk bed and finally the last one has a single bed with access to the balcony with a wonderful hammock to relax on top of the marina bay. All bedrooms have a spectacular sea views. There are 3 bathrooms at your disposal, each of these equipped with a shower, hot water and hair dryer, to ensure perfect comfort. At every time you can relax on a sun deck having your sun bath or sipping a bottle of Tuscan wine on a comfortable chaise longue. You will enjoy reading a novel, getting tanned in the sun or just spending time looking at the ever changing colors of the sea view. Also, you can prepare lovely meals on the brick oven or on the BBQ in the dining corner of the terrace with the large table that can accommodate even 10 people. Unit two is also very particular but very spacious. It is equipped with two bedrooms with king size bed and bunk bed perfect for kids; two bathrooms; one with a very particular shower made of local stones and the other with bath and washing machine. A wonderful living room with air conditioning welcomes you with a perfect fireplace for winter stays and free Wi-Fi to enjoy this exquisite villa. A small but very well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need: dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, freezer and fridge. The cherry of top of this house is the main bedroom which has a big glass wall to wake up by the rising sun of Tuscany, an amazing terrace with sun beds and a coffee table to enjoy lovely afternoon with the family. The last but not least is the most exquisite part of this entire villa on the last floor terrace : two spacious areas to enjoy with everybody of the units. They are both very well decorated to enjoy sunbaths or aperitif under the candle lights by the big cushions, palm fitted umbrellas drinking margheritas, or just relax by the marvelous water cascade made of local and very famous “le rocche” stones. The location of the entire house is fantastic. It's quiet, the view is simply amazing and the atmosphere in the house is just cozy. In short: a very nice, spacious, spontaneous house. The atmosphere feels very quiet and relaxed, but also close to the vibrant everyday-life of Tuscany. Even the proximity to the beach is perfect: just 5 min away.
