1.)A two bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony and patio.
2.)A one bedroom apartment with attached kitchenette and bathroom.
3.)A bedroom with attached private bathroom which can sleep up to 3 people. This can be rented as a lone room (B&B) or added to the two bedroom apartment increasing the total guests the apartment can accommodate to 7)

I had my doubts, but this seat cover is like air conditioning for your ⚽️🏀🏈. Also kept me dry during a downpour. No pooling water in my crotch. I’m getting another one for my other bike.
