My name is Arianna and I am the owner of Sergio il Gufo, a beautiful home of the XVIII Century at Lake Garda. Our house is located in the heart of the dreamy, historical borgo of Maderno, just few meters from the stunning coast of the lake. After some successful years as a B&B we decided to transform our family business in a Holiday Home, more suitable to our guests wishes. In fact from 2022 Sergi

o il Gufo has all the facilities and household appliances of a real house where you can spend your holiday with all comforts you need. The structure consists in three independent apartments:
Orange (for four people), Navy (for two people) and Flowers (for four people). You can find pictures of the house here, on IG and on our website that will be back after the restyling will be completed. Each of them is fully equipped to make you feel at home and totally free to enjoy your holiday at its best. Our Story

Good morning! I'm Arianna and with my cat Ottavia, live for several months of the year in one of the most beautiful places in Italy, Lake Garda, on the Riviera dei Limoni side, famous for excellent olive oil, wine and obviously citrus. Here in our house, a unique property of the late eighteenth century, fully restored and still largely authentic, spacious, bright , comfortable, we rent accomodations. The finishes are of high quality and the furniture is custom tailored to the home and dotted with vintage furniture from the old. All rooms are equipped with wi-fi, access to the extensive library containing books in several languages and board games, there is an inner courtyard, we are 200 meters from the lake and the dock for the ferry around the lake and 100 from all services (post offices , supermarket , pharmacy, shops, etc. ). The accomodations are fully furnished and equipped with appliances, the possibility to cook, bedroom, hallway and bathroom ; household linen and the person, laundry (inside home or nearby), bikes and bike deposit room and small pets are welcome. From here you can enjoy many and varied attractions for all tastes and ages: the beach 400 meters; Embarkation point for ferries across the lake at 400 meters; Vittoriale of D' Annunzio , a 20 minute walk; Paddle Surfing; Golf Club; Sailing School; School Canoe and Kayak; Museum of the Charter; the Roman Villa of the second century A.D. of Nonii Arrii; the botanical garden of Toscolano; Villa Ada; the splendid Church of San'Andrea, the most ancient of all the lake, behind our house; Maderno delicious restaurants that will be a pleasure to show you; walks in Monte Maderno, whose ascent is in front of our door, from which to enjoy the stunning views of Lower Lake; and not a few miles there is Gardaland! How to reach us: On the motorway (from Milan / Orio al Serio) : up to A4 Brescia Est , continue in the direction Lake Garda, Salò - Riva on the West Gardesana up to Maderno; By train to Brescia by train, by bus to the bus station Riva / Gargnano, 40 minutes to the main bus stop of Maderno, 300 meters from home. nb. I lived in Milan and I love that city, in every aspect, but seeing this place you'll not ask me why I moved.
