To the Jamaicans by birth and the Jamaicans by heart we would love to wish you a Happy Emancipation Day.

Through the restrictions of man some where blinded and hidden in fear but the few who stood by our heritage and fought for our freedom both physically and mentally and liberated our people we honor you as heroes those known and unknown. Through the struggles and hardships faced and for us to be here today 184 years later we salute the heroes of the past as we strive to build the heroes of tomorrow. Where an Era of censorship ends and the ideas of freedom can be shared to be loose from restraint and constraints of subjection or domination we as the people must hold our heads high and embrace the fact of our uncountable freedom and relinquish those that set to keep power over us.
We smile on those who keeps our heritage and the culture of our nation alive, as we now look down upon the bo***ge that they had and laugh in their faces as we charge forth in our future with the zeal of our forefathers.
