Pro Hikers is a professional adventure team founded in 2008, specialized in outdoor activities and sports such as: Canyoning, Hiking, Trekking, Camping, Rappelling and Night hikes. Our team is well trained with the Jordanian special operations/CSAR 61,(combat search and rescue unit 61),and got fully skilled with ropes and knots, emergency aid, navigation, maps and compass, Gps systems, fast rope,

rappelling, shooting and many other skills/techniques. Pro Hikers considered to be the first and the only certified team here in Jordan and in the middle east to practice such an outdoor sports and activities The team contains ten members who are fully skilled and highly trained leaders, they can lead an adventure trip and perform different kind of skills and techniques in a safe and appropriate environment. Pro Hikers also organizes different activities and events on social level such as: Voluntary missions, helping remote areas and villagers, blood donation, cleaning and maintaining at different locations all over Jordan. The team also performed three successful canyon 'search and rescue' missions till now, one of them needed a helicopter so we got the Jordanian Special Forces and the air force involved in February 2012. Our targeting audience, the people who love nature and being in the wild, and who are able to learn and earn new useful skills and techniques, therefore school and college students, employees and different companies inside and outside Jordan are the most important clients. On the media and the press level Pro Hikers has its own fingerprint through the famous TV show (Adrenaline) which was filmed back in 2010,this TV show aimed to introduce a new different Jordan to the locals and the foreigners so they can visit a totally virgin locations all over Jordan. A lot of Jordanian newspapers and magazines wrote about the team and their unique adventures and events, radio stations had its own share also. One of our annual events and long hikes is (The Independence walk) which starts every year in May 25th basically…it’s a long hike starts in Amman and ends in Aqaba, so the hikers need to walk around 52 kilometers a day to finish the long trail in 8 days. Pro Hikers found its own way to create a small workshop so they can manufacture some of the important gear and tools which are useful and handy during their activities and adventures, and here is some of the gear we created:

يعلن فريق بروهايكرز للمغامرة والاستكشاف بالتعاون مع مكتب Where to Travel عن رغبته بتدريب عدد (8) شاب او فتاة لتعينهم قادة ومدربين في الفريق بعد انتهاء المرحلة الاختيارية وانتهاء الدورات التدريبية المقررة.
