Lounge room



The Abode At 243 is an exclusive villa in the Misorano villa area, Hakuba Village, which has three bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to seven people.

On the ground floor, there are two spacious living rooms and a dining kitchen. Fan heaters and air conditioning are installed to keep you comfortable even in the coldest winters. In summer, guests can enjoy meals and BBQs on the wooden deck while enjoying Hakuba's natural surroundings.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a separate toilet and shower room in the common corridor on the second floor.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the building. Three additional parking spaces are available. Please inform us in advance if you intend to use them, as they will need to be cleared of snow.

Enjoy the Hakuba holiday home lifestyle with your family or a group of friends.

The snow that falls in Hakuba valley, at the foot of the Northern Alps, is world-famous for its powdery snow that makes for superb skiing and snowboarding, but you can also enjoy it just by looking at it. Walking through the neighbourhood of Shelter Hakuba at 6.30 am, when no one is walking around, and crunching through the fresh snow, you may discover beautiful sights you didn't notice yesterday.

北アルプス山脈の麓にある白馬村に降る雪は、スキーやスノーボードで極上の滑走を味わえるパウダースノーだと世界的に有名ですが、見るだけでも楽しめますよ。まだだれも歩いていない朝6時半に、シェルター白馬の近隣をざくざくと新しい雪をふみしめて歩くと、昨日は気づかなかった美しい景色に出会うことがあります。

Yesterday, the Misorano villa area was partially designated as an evacuation zone due to the overflow of river water caused by a landslide on the mountain surface. Shelter Hakuba is in the southern part of the area, so it does not fall under this category and there are no problems with guests staying overnight.
We have heard that no one was injured as of yesterday, but some people have suffered damage to their buildings.
We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those affected.

What would happen if the area were to fall under the evacuation area and we had to cancel guest bookings?
When we contacted Airbnb, they replied that it is possible to waive the penalty if the listing is damaged due to a disaster,
However, if the area becomes an evacuation area due to a disaster and cannot welcome guests, the penalty cannot be waived".
It will be an owner penalty, she said. Mystery. I will continue to inquire.

昨日、みそら野別荘地で山肌の土砂流出で川の水が溢れ、一部が避難指示エリアとなりました。シェルター白馬は南側エリアなので該当せず、ゲスト様の宿泊に支障はありません。
昨日の時点でけが人はいないと聞いていますが、建物被害にあった方もいらっしゃいます。
被害に合われた方には心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

もし仮に、避難エリアに該当し、ゲストの予約をキャンセルせざるおえない場合はどうなるのか、、
Airbnbさんに問い合わせしたところ、「災害でリスティングが破損した場合はペナルティ免除が可能だが、
災害で避難エリアとなりゲストを迎え入れられない場合はペナルティ免除にはならない」という回答。
オーナーペナルティとなるそうです。謎です。引き続き問い合わせしてみます。
