This is Hell's Kitchen in Marafa.

its name comes from an ancient legend which tells of a very wealthy family who once lived in this area.
They had so many cows that they used the milk not to drink but to wash their clothes. The legend goes that God made them fall into this canyon as a punishment for wastefulness. They were to forever burn under the high temperatures that are found at the bottom of the canyon.

The red and white are said to be the blood and milk of that family.
