HISTORY

Laying the Foundation

Before Allen Mwiwawi started building homes, he worked in various trades in the construction industry. These jobs supplied him with invaluable experience when it came to understanding the intricancies of new home building. With his professional knowledge as an Architectural Engineering Technician, Allen was able to design and construct various house by himself

from the ground up. His mechanical,electrical,construction and designing ability, along with sheer ambition, paved the way for him to become a custom home builder in the Mombasa-Kenya area some five years ago. In May,2011, Allen Mwiwawi and Theresia Mwaighacho founded ALLEN DESIGNERS & CONSTRUCTION LTD ,the company began building homes in the available home market. Allen Designers & Construction Ltd is registered in Kenya by The Ministry Of Public Works as a General Building Construction firm under category ''G".

Yesterday someone stopped me by the roadside asking why I haven't posted any of my project lately. I told him frankly it depends with my moods and if the client wants his proposed project seen by others before its completion.

Dear All,

It has come to our knowledge that www.skyscrapercity.com under admin Mathewken had stated that ALLEN DESIGNERS AND CONSTRUCTION LTD are the contractors of the Proposed Ketty Plaza development at Mombasa. Ours is to clarify that we were involved with the design of all the architectural works not construction.

The proposed development will be located along Mombasa Malindi Rd at Bamburi - Pirates Beach area.

Sorry for any mislead that was created but it was done without our acknowledgement.
