Greenspan Tours and Travel is company that is currently based at Greenspan Mall and our offices are located at T Mall on Langata Road .We are proudly serving the residents, tourists, families, and business professionals of Nairobi, the surrounding areas and many other parts of Kenya. Our mission is to be the premier and preferred public/ private transportation and other related services like goods

or package deliveries, providing excellent and quality services which will be recognized in Nairobi and soon to other parts of Kenya as the leading service provider in the taxi business. We are committed and ready to provide comfortable services by means of taxi of the best possible parameters so that each client will feel well all the time and will be ready to utilize the services of the Greenspan Tours and Travel in the future. We are very conscious of our customers’ needs and we endeavor to provide the best customer service. Matching entrepreneurship with a set of moral values is what determines our company’s strategy and targets. We are not focused on becoming the biggest taxi company in Nairobi but continuously striving to be the best taxi company in the region. We choose to sacrifice the volume for a higher level of service and focus more on making sure our clients are satisfied and happy. Our first mission is to serve the general public in a fair and honest way. We are constantly taking initiatives to improve our daily service, customer relations and customer service. We offer:
Airport Transfers- We guarantee that our driver will be waiting for you and not the other way around. Upon pick up our driver will be waiting for you with a Greenspan Brothers sign stating your name is you so wish. We also guarantee that our driver will get you to the airport on time for your flight departure. School Transport - We have Pick up and drop off service for kids in school, play dates and more. Staff Transport- We have pick up and drop off service for our clients who have to get up early in the morning or return back home late at night. Delivery service- With this service you can have your favorite foods, beverages, various food items, medication, package delivery or any other thing you might need delivered straight at your door
Tours- Are you interested in seeing some of the amazing attractions, game parks and beach resorts Kenya has to offer? Whether it’s for business or pleasure, leave the driving to us and sit back and relax and take in all our great country has to offer us. We will gladly provide a tour service that will cater for your needs. Pre booking- We are just a phone call away or you can reach us through email or Whatsup! You can now book you taxi in advance whether you will be arriving at the airport at 3am or have an urgent meeting to attend by 8am. Hire Services- If you’re planning a large social event, and you want to assure your guest have a safe alternative to driving, don’t hesitate to call. We have cars for hire for weddings, funerals, for personal use and other services like moving from one house or neighborhood to another. Seniors- Old is gold and I can’t think of a better way than to use of taxi’s to get your loved ones to those family visits, medical appointments, shopping sprees, out to dine and so much more . We are reliable, safe, economical and on time. Chauffer Services - Greenspan Tours and Travel also provides the service of having a driver to driver you using your own car. You can use our driver services in order to have your car serviced, or be driven to a holiday destination or to see family on the other side of town. Emergencies- Anything can happen at night. It could be that your wife is in labor, or you have a sick child at night, we are always prepared and ready to serve you. Automotive consultancy- we've patnered with various motor dealers and suppliers just to ensure that our clients get first hand information in regards to vehicle purchase, service and maintainance. FUTURE PLANS
We plan to expand our services to the Nakumatt Mall in Industrial area, the upcoming Shujaa Mall neighboring Sosian Estate in Eastlands. We are also looking to have Special services for the handicapped. SPECIAL SERVICES
We offer special services to our stranded motorists in the Greenspan, and those along T Mall on Langata Rd neighborhood like jumpstarting your car when it’s refused to start or help change a flat tire.
