1.Purchase your Angkor Pass in advance. This will save you time and hassle at the ticket gates, especially during peak season. You can purchase your Angkor Pass online or at the official Angkor Pass Sales Offices.

2.Arrive early. The gates to Angkor Wat open at 5:00 AM, so you'll need to arrive early to secure a good spot for the sunrise. Aim to be there at least 30 minutes before sunrise to find a good viewing spot and avoid the crowds.

3.Choose your viewing spot carefully. There are many great places to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Some of the most popular spots include the main pond in front of the temple, the West Gate, and the top of the West Mebon temple.

4.Be patient. The sunrise can be a slow process, so don't get discouraged if you don't see the sun immediately. Take your time to enjoy the atmosphere and the anticipation of the moment.

5.Bring a camera. The sunrise at Angkor Wat is a truly magical sight, and you'll want to capture the moment on camera. Be sure to bring a charged battery and plenty of memory cards.

6.Dress appropriately. The weather in Siem Reap can be unpredictable, so it's a good idea to dress in layers. You may also want to bring a raincoat or umbrella, just in case.

7.Respect the temple. Angkor Wat is a sacred place, so be respectful of the temple and its surroundings. Dress modestly, avoid making loud noises, and don't touch the temple structures.

8.Enjoy the experience. The sunrise at Angkor Wat is a truly awe-inspiring sight. Take your time to soak in the beauty of the moment and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Kbal Spean is an Angkorian-era archaeological site located about 50 kilometers northeast of Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is known for its intricate carvings of Hindu deities and lingas (ph***ic symbols) that are carved into the riverbed of the Stung Kbal Spean River. The site is also known as the "River of a Thousand Lingas" because of the large number of these carvings that can be found there.

Kbal Spean was built in the 11th and 12th centuries during the reign of King Jayavarman VII. It was a sacred site for Hindus, who believed that the river was holy and that the carvings would bring them good luck. The site was abandoned in the 15th century when Theravada Buddhism became the dominant religion in Cambodia.

Kbal Spean was rediscovered in the 1960s and has since become a popular tourist destination. Visitors can walk along the riverbed and see the carvings up close. There is also a small museum on the site that tells the story of Kbal Spean.

reah Vihear Temple was built in the 11th and 12th centuries during the reign of King Suryavarman II, who also built Angkor Wat. The temple complex is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, and it is believed to have been a major pilgrimage site in its heyday.
The temple is built on a clifftop overlooking the Cambodian plain, and it offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The complex consists of a series of galleries, courtyards, and sanctuaries that are linked by a network of staircases and ramps.
The most impressive feature of Preah Vihear Temple is the central sanctuary, which is known as Prasat Thom. Prasat Thom is a towering pyramid that is decorated with intricate carvings. The carvings depict scenes from Hindu mythology, as well as animals and plants.

Apsaras are female spirits of the clouds and waters in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. Legend tells us that the Apsara women were born from the Ocean of Milk, brought from the water by the gods of serpents and demons. The incredible beauty and gracefulness of the Apsaras were the downfall of both men and gods. They lived in the temples and would perform elaborate rituals and rites at night. Apsara statues represent beauty, strength, grace and power and have been associated with fertility and strength. At the Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia, there are over 1,800 depictions of dancing Apsaras with jewelry, floral garlands and elaborate headdresses.
