1. Office admin tasks, Managing online bookings and scheduling, recording financial transactions for business ( no accounting degree required - basic income and expense recording in excel sheet) required to work with online travel agencies for online your listings and sales, maintain the company social media channels, maintain an open channel of communication between the company and vendors/resellers/drivers etc. Must be able to work on Microsoft Word and Excel, commercial and official communication drafting for the business, and must be able to keep all matters related to the company strictly confidential.

Requirements:

(1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

(2) Good communication skills and must be able to handle commercial communication in English

(3) Experience of at least one year in similar field or in the tourism industry

(4) Ability to keep and handle all matters relating to the company strictly confidential

(5) Good to have - experience in online marketing and sales, or degree in the Hospitality industry.
