You make it all worth it ❤️ Amidst all the chaos, I found purpose in saving from the rubble, cleaning and fitting the wedding dresses of our brides. It was extra special to see one of our survivor dresses on my cousin on her big day yesterday night. I dedicate this post to love, family and hope.

This is how I will always remember you 💙 My heart is crushed in the middle of the rubbles where once stood my little heaven. I will forever cherish every happy moment we witnessed: when you felt like you had found the one, when your mom shed an emotional tear or when you shared little details about your upcoming wedding day. I still cannot grasp how we all made it out alive. My thoughts are with everyone who have lost loved ones, homes, memories and dreams.

The next photos were the only ones I managed to take. I am still not allowed in the building to assess what's salvageable. It is at a high risk of collapsing. To all brides who had their wedding dress waiting for them amidst all this mayhem, we will contact you as soon as we have updates. Till then let's all pray for each other. @ Something Blue Beirut

A few things to know before your bridal appointment:

♡ Do some (bridal) research - check out on Pinterest boards and our Instagram/website for some inspo
♡ Bring ONE special person to help you say YES to the dress, with social distancing restrictions it is important to keep your group limited
♡ Book an appointment only if your wedding is in the coming couple of months. With all the uncertainties we are facing, we will not be accepting brides whose weddings are next year
♡ And last but not least, wear your mask!
