My experience in Hospitality Industry extends over 35 years at various levels, which molded me to become an educator in this area, hence I have been serving the Academic sector of the Hospitality Industry for the last 15 year in various institutes and campuses including the University of Swinburne BA in Hospitality and Events in Sri Lanka. During my career in the hospitality industry experts in HR & Training, Food and Beverage operations Front office operations to a Resident Manager in prestigious hotels in Srilanka and Overseas groomed me to become a passionate and highly motivated mentor and trainer, along with the Management ability. which I have achieved by passing out many successful graduates with knowledge skills and attitude to be in the Hospitality industry. During my postgraduate study, I completed lately Master Level Qualification in Tourism Hospitality Management awarded by the OTHM (UK) A Ofqual (UK) qualification, completing various units related to Hospitality, Business Tourism, and Human resources. Furthermore, I have gained the National Australian Teachers qualification TAE awarded by William Angliss and Inspire Institute of Australia, awarding me the license to Training, assess, and Evaluate the Australian qualification.
