Very positive year for my agency !

✅ 53 guided tours
✅ My first big group of 43 people in the Baltic States
✅ Organised guided tours of Dijon Basketball Team

Fails:
❌I chose an unpleasant guide in Riga which was disrespective with the bus driver
❌The war in Ukraine negatively impacted Tourism in Lithuania
❌ Still difficult to find good restaurant in Vilnius with descent client service
