Ouzoud Falls is the collective name for several waterfalls that empty into the El-Abid River's gorge. This popular tourism destination is located near the Middle Atlas village of Tanaghmeilt, in the province of Azilal, 150 km northeast of Marrakech, Morocco. 'Ouzoud' means "the act of grinding grain" in Berber. This seems to be confirmed by the frequent mills in the region.

🇲🇦TAFRAOUT🫡

Moroccan tagine 🇲🇦 the bridegroom of the Moroccan table where
It is considered one of the most famous traditional dishes of Moroccan origin, and we do not forget that NASA, after research and studies, included the "Moroccan Tagine", along with only two other dishes, in the list of dishes that can be relied upon to feed the pioneers of its vehicles heading to Mars, and even presented it in training experiments. This is due to its health advantages on the one hand, and its weight and ability to withstand space flight conditions and temperatures.
The Moroccan tagine besides being delicious and its benefits are important, proved to the world that the heritage of kitchens can help global modernity to develop,

It is called the Pearl of the South or the Red City. It is she who gave her name to Morocco and who carries for a good part, the international image of the country. A little history of Marrakech….

Marrakech is located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. If it is undoubtedly the tourist capital of the kingdom, it is only the 4th largest city in the country, after Casablanca, Rabat and Fez.
The city was founded in 1062 by Youssef Ibn Tachfine, first king of the Almoravid dynasty. Several dynasties then succeeded one another, each leaving to posterity monuments and sites of oral and material heritage of great value.
In its current configuration, the city is divided into two distinct parts:
The Medina, surrounded by high walls for nearly 10 kilometers, is the historic center of Marrakech. We stay there in magnificent traditional houses transformed into hotels or guest houses. Thus the gardens of the Medina were a princely palace before being fitted out in the early 2000s to welcome the public. It is in the medina that we find the souks so appreciated by tourists as well as the Jemaa El Fna square which carries the international image of Marrakech. Its narrow streets intertwined like a labyrinth and the thousands of stalls delight and disorient visitors. Symbol of the city, the minaret of the Koutoubia mosque dating from the 12th century is visible for miles. But the Medina is much more than a tourist area. A significant portion of the population continues to live there.
Marrakech is also the new city whose main districts are called Guéliz and Hivernage. Guéliz is now the commercial city center. It was founded by the French during the Protectorate. The Hivernage district concentrates many hotel complexes.
To these two new but “historic” neighborhoods are now added peripheral areas which are growing at high speed as the increase in population requires it. Thus the city is constantly growing, especially to the west, with the appearance of many new residential areas.
Marrakech now has nearly a million inhabitants united by a quality and a sweetness of life that the whole world envies us!
