NEW IN PROGRAM: DESERT TRAIL
On the first day we take the bus from Marrakech to Zagora and spend the night in a beautiful little Kasbah surrounded by palm trees. On the next morning, after a delicious breakfast, we explore Zagora, the surrounding palm trees and an old Jewish Kasbah. Around lunch time we take transport to Ouled Driss, a small village in an oasis in the middle of the desert. Here we meet our camels and ride to our night camp. The sunsets in the desert are fantastic an while the sun is setting, a big herd of free ranging camels will gather at the camp. After a traditional dinner we meet at the camp fire, listen to the drums of the guides and sing along. On the next morning our camels take us back to Ouled Driss, where we have time to explore the village and another traditional Kasbah. Afterwards we take transport back to Zagora. We stay another night in the hotel and take the bus back to Marrakech on the next morning. If you wish, we can stop in Ouarzazate and explore the city.
