Construction design organization of Gobi-Altai was established in 1989, run its operation for three years, since 1991 it transferred into the supervision of the aimag, between 1992 and 1995 it operated under the name of “Titem” cooperative and since 1996 it became “BARILGA BAIGUULAMJ” LLC.
“BARILGA BAIGUULAMJ” LLC was established to conduct activities to develop construction and capital repairs
design, implement technical control and conduct foreign and domestic trade.
“BARILGA BAIGUULAMJ” LLC was developing new building and capital repairs design subscribed by Gobi-Altai aimag /except subscription of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and Ministry of Health/ from 1996 to 2007. Also during this period regular control of the subscriber was executed in work of buildings, facilities, annex, capital repairs, watered point, irrigation system, road and bridge constructed in the territory of Gobi-Altai aimag. The company has owned all the albums, catalogues, standards following in Mongolia and furniture, equipment, techniques, devices, measurement devices and software. It has fully provided professional staff to conduct its activities in the framework of the exclusive license.
“BARILGA BAIGUULAMJ” LLC has been developing designs of new buildings, capital repairs, annex and design of buildings and facilities subscribed by aimag, the capital city, ministry, governmental agencies, organizations and individuals. The company has been choosing capable engineers and technical workers who graduated from the Construction Engineer and Architecture School of the University of Science and Technology as its staff, has been working in cooperation with higher experienced professional supervisors to put the purpose to confirm some designs developed in the foreign countries and complex design of taller buildings and facilities with the difficult structure. Our company has had full opportunity to take the exclusive license on construction er****on and conduct construction er****on work and service based on many decade experience of implementing construction design and technical control, professional engineers and technical workers since 2013.
