إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَیۡتࣲ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِی بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكࣰا وَهُدࣰى لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-‘Âlamîn.
(Allah wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify Allâh [i.e. to say Takbîr ] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to Him.
As this blessed month comes to an end, it's a must to ponder over the fact that Allah kept us alive to witness one more Ramadan!
At 𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 , we wish everyone Eid Sa'eed, May Allah accept our efforts, patience, sacrifices and good deeds. Aameen!
One of the most meaningful places to visit in Madinah is the Rawdwah.
Alhamdoulillah we had the privilege to proceed to the Rawdwah all together and even pray swalaat taraweeh there!
As our brothers and sisters are making the most of these last ten days of Ramadan in the city of Madinah, we took out some time for a visit around it's landmarks!
Credits to Brother إخلاص محمد رحيم بخش for his beneficial explanations.
One of the common practices of the worshippers when visiting Masjid Al Haraam is that they spend numerous hours, waiting for prayer to prayer in the Masjid.
Well be proud of yourselves, as the practice of waiting between prayers is part of the teachings of Islam and it's benefits are innumerable!
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Shall I not tell you of that by means of which Allah erases sins and raises (people) in status? Doing Wudu' properly even when it is inconvenient, taking a lot of steps to the Masjid, and waiting for one Salah after another. That is the Ribat for you, that is the Ribat for you, that is the Ribat for you."
All mankind is from Adam and Hawwaa, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a White has no superiority over a Black nor a Black has any superiority over a White except by taqwaa and good action.
