We do have established itineraries for our excursions, but we certainly like to save a little bit of flexibility for our customers. We would not like to abruptly interrupt an ongoing photographic session of a sought-after species, or aparticularly special moment. We want our
customers to feel free to say “hey, this is a great moment, can we extend it a bit?”, and this is only possible on a pri
vate trip.
- We are not a generic tour company, randomly related with nature guiding. We are not improvising nor trying to memorize an established script. We are a small group of passionate people with long nature-oriented careers. José Arturo García - our main naturalist guide - is a wildlife biologist and ornithologist, specialized in environmental education and ecotourism.
- Our rates are similar to those of other tour companies.
- As a company, we direct our efforts towards two big aims: 1) creating awesome and memorable experiences by putting people’s powers of observation and wonder into play, amid beautiful wild settings. 2) To cause a positive impact in our customers' view about ecosystems and our role in them, reinforcing ecological consciousness and green thinking.
- We have the ability and willingness to adapt to our costumers’ preferences, whether they are interested in doing a very light, general observation activity, or want to spend considerable amounts of time watching or photographing something in particular. We can even design tailored-on special excursions; we like getting out of the bucket!
- We contribute to the regional economy by collaborating with members of local communities, which on the other hand, turns into close-contact experiences with local culture for our customers.
- Our guides are knowledgeable and enjoy sharing their passion with other people. We count with specialized gear to help you recognize the wildlife species you get to encounter, such as binoculars and field guides.
- We operate our trips under a responsible waste management policy, in order to minimize our ecological footprint.
