-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Previous working experience in customer service is an added advantage but not essential
-Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
-Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
-Able to work independently.
-Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English

✨Responsibility
👨🏻‍💻To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
👨🏻‍💻To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
👨🏻‍💻Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
👨🏻‍💻In charge of social media listing, AirBnb, and website Assist customer to check-in and check-out
👨🏻‍💻Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
👨🏻‍💻Monitor decorations in homestays.
👨🏻‍💻Responsible for monthly sales.
