𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐢

The fantabulous minakari, the word "Mina" is "heaven" in Persian.

1⃣ Minakari metal craft is made from copper which usually shaped by craftsmen.
2⃣ After shaping, minakari will then be cover by white glaze before putting it in a high temperature at about 800 Celcius.
3⃣ Minakari will be recoat and the process of heating in a furnace will be repeat for a few times.
4⃣ The craftsmen will start to design and paint the craft after the reheating process is complete.
5⃣ The final process of creating Minakari will be complete after it is sent into the furnace to stabilize the color.

𝓓𝓸𝓷𝓭𝓾𝓻𝓶𝓪 is known as the local Turkish ice cream. The texture is stretchy, sticky, chewy and thick makes it rare from the western ice cream we used to eat.

𝓓𝓸𝓷𝓭𝓾𝓻𝓶𝓪 has array of flavours, sade (plain), various of fruit flavours, hazelnut and fistikli (pistachio).

The local ice cream is best to eat during summer time with Baklava, Tavuk Gogsu (chicken breast dessert: royalty dessert) and Kunefe.
